We use various modalities in a research-based approach to help you manage pain, improve range of motion, improve strength and maintain the muscle you have early on. Some modalities we use are manual therapy, blood flow restriction therapy, Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES), Dry Needling and Objective Testing with VALD products to ensure your readiness!
Post-Op ACL
ACL Rehab with The Resilient Athlete is designed for individuals who are looking for more than the traditional physical therapy model and want to work exclusively with performance in mind! Our team of doctors are trained in evidence-based approaches and up-to-date strength & conditioning principles. We use the most current research on best practices surrounding ACL rehabilitation and surgery and hold our athletes to high standards of Return-to-Sport criteria!

1-on-1 Rehab with an ACL expert - always working with a Fitness-Forward Doctor of Physical Therapy never being passed off to an aid
Objective testing every 4-6 weeks with VALD brand products (Dynamometry & Force Decks)
Custom Home Exercises with direct messaging access to your PT outside of appointments
Specific benchmarks, criteria and clear plan so you are never left in the dark knowing if your physically ready
Guidance on how to stay strong and maintain aerobic base while rehabbing from your surgery (we look at the ENTIRE athlete and Keep You Moving!)
