Many professionals can get you out of pain, but they lack the skill [and equipment] to prepare you to get back to your sport stronger than you were before.

We are a true Performance Physical Therapy clinic that helps Active People keep their bodies moving even when injuries happen. Our fitness-forward approach utilizes current research to inform our methodology on exercise, education, and sustainable training to treat the root cause of pain, address limitations and empower our patients to thrive in sport throughout all ages of life.

We are not here to tell you that injuries will never happen, because we know our people and they love to push their bodies and train hard. We are here to take your opportunities (some may call them “weaknesses”) and turn them into strengths, educate you on how to navigate injuries if they arise and guide you with sustainable training to become a Resilient Athlete. Our goal is to keep you moving.

OUR 3-PHASE PROCESS

Phase 1: Restore

In the restore phase, we want to get you out of pain as quickly as possible and provide you modifications to keep you going on your normal routine. In the Restore phase, we want to get to the root cause of your pain and address the chink in the armor.

Phase 2: Rebuild

In our rebuild phase, we will lay the blocks for a stronger foundation. We focus on improving strength while reinforcing optimal mechanics. We will start re-expose previously painful movements and make sure you are prepared to go back to full-training intensity.

Phase 3: Resilience

Once you are pain free, we want to give you the tools to maintain and sustain. In this phase we are focused on performance, strength, power and speed along with developing a plan for long term sustainability in training and sport. This may look like creating a plan to set and attain PR’s!
