  • Our sessions are 1-on-1, 60-minute individualized sessions with your performance physical therapist

  • Yes, our initial evaluation is 75-minutes long, which allows us enough time to evaluate and treat. We want you to leave feeling confident in the plan to manage symptoms and progress towards your goals on the first day.

  • You will always see one of our Doctorate trained Physical Therapists. Our DPT’s are also certified as trainers or strength coaches with numerous continuing education courses and mentored by some of the industry elites.

  • We are an out-of-network provider so we do not take health insurance BUT we do provide superbills and courtesy billing for people with out-of-network benefits and we do accept HSA/FSA.

  • Unfortunately, insurance providers do not consider high-performance activites such as running, lifting or playing sports as a "medical necessity". As an evidence-based performance clinic, we want to choose interventions based on what is best for the patient (not dictated by insurance companies and billing codes) therefore will never get interventions meant to “increase your billables” (ex: 10 minutes on a bike, 10 minutes on heating pad), specific and relevant to you. This also allows for us to work on various body areas as things arise and adjust our treatment without need for insurance verifications and doctors referrals that can delay treatment.

  • If you do qualify for any sort of reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits, we will help you submit.

  • We will help verify your benefits, however the final dollar amount will be up to the discretion of your insurance provider and may vary from estimated quote.
